The Cape Cod real estate market has been very busy the last few months. We are finally starting to see more inventory hit the Cape Cod market and there are a lot of buyers out there!! Most of the Cape Cod buyers are still waiting for the right property to come on the market, but there has been some great activity. If you are sitting on the fence waiting you have to be ready to act quickly when the right property comes on because there is some strong competition out there.
